Curie is a clean body care brand on a mission to make effective, aluminum-free products that don’t compromise on performance or aesthetics. After a successful Shark Tank appearance and viral traction, they were ready to scale—and brought in Elle as their Marketing Director to lead the charge.

In 2022, Elle joined the Curie team and immediately hit the ground running. Over the course of 12 months, she:
Led the brand to 300% year-over-year growth
Grew the marketing team from 1 to 10, including in-house hires and agency partners
Oversaw Curie’s first-ever nationwide retail rollout (hello, Walmart 🚀)
Created a 360-degree marketing plan across digital, OOH, media, and social for retail launch
Managed a multi-million-dollar marketing budget across all brand channels
Notable wins during her tenure:
Launched 19 new DTC SKUs
Rolled out 9 retail-specific SKUs
Led the #1 Naturals product launch in Walmart’s 2023 rollout
Directed Curie’s Amazon channel launch
Reimagined the brand’s packaging and formulations
